Take-Home Whitening
The take-home whitening kit consists of trays that are specifically designed for your teeth. We take impressions of your teeth and custom-make the trays to fit your teeth perfectly. You simply apply some whitening agent in the trays and wear the trays for a minimum of four hours a day. In approximately two weeks or slightly longer, you will have a whiter smile.
In-Office Whitening
Dr. Thiessen also offers chairside whitening. He uses the same state-of-the-art whitening system used on ABC’s Extreme Makeovers. This procedure dramatically whitens your teeth six to ten shades lighter. There is a short preparatory procedure followed by a light that activates a gel that is placed on your teeth. The whole procedure typically takes a little more than an hour followed by a short five-minute fluoride treatment. The results are amazing.
